Re: No rewards for Fc pro viewership

I have an issue where I have claimed them correctly in twitch, but the corresponding in game objective just won't activate. It's happened every time I've claimed a reward on twitch and watching on YouTube is the same issue.

I've tried to contact EAHelp over the last 2 months but I've had absolutely no help. Seems to be a bug and I've been pulling my hair out trying to receive help (EAHelp case is 161700080). I'm on my knees for someone to recognise this is an actual issue and it's constantly falling on deaf ears - I've video proof too but don't want the post it on here
