You'll need to look up the guide for accessing your router's admin online. If you can give me the router model, I'll do that search for you.

Please go here and let me know which of these models you have. Also, when you find your model, it's very possible the UPnP instructions will be available in this online manual.

If u open the link it is the first one the "internet box" but I don't find really more information or I don't really know where to look

Everything I find is in French so it would be best to contact your ISP. They will tell you how to log into your router and check the UPnP setting. It's also possible they can guide you to online documentation.
