Hey @malsel04 If your whole system is crashing, it can happen for many reasons. You can run a memory test to see if there are any hardware issues.

Here are some other things worth trying in this situation.

• Use the System File Checker tool. Afterwards, check for Windows and GPU updates.
• Lower down in-game settings and test your game.
• Move the existing Settings file from Documents to another location and run the game again.
• Look for other applications that might be restricting the performance of the game.
• Initiate a Clean Boot on your PC and then launch the game.

Hey!
I have tried all of these steps, and nothing mentioned seem to solve this issue.
The memory test showed no issues to my hardware.
Should I run a WinDbg of the latest Minidump file and share it with you maybe?
Or is there anything else you suggest me doing in this case?

Could you please share your Dxdiag with us so we can see your system specs and suggest anything else you might try?

When this happened, please also let us know what game mode you were playing at the time and how you closed the game.

Try also to disconnect any other devices connected to your PC (except the keyboard and mouse) and try again.

Create a new admin account and launch the game on it.

I truly thank you for trying to help us, but it seems to me that you guys at EA dont understand, this has nothing to do with our system specs nor with our operating system.
We have already done a lot of thing to solve this issue, none of them worked. We dont need to create a new admin account, we have already told you, every game woirks like a charm, the system works perfect except with this game.
This is the third time im going to repeat when the issue happens, its not under any game mode, its when you exit the game, press b to close the game,yes or no, yes, then blue screen and pc restarted.
You guys need to investigate the cause of the issue in your latest patch and/or your anti cheat system.

@EA_Pulsar please do not insult us by asking us for this again. We have done everything imaginable to fix it but it is ONLY with EA FC24 and ONLY after the latest patch. Please see the comment by @SilverChris10 for more detail.

Hey EA, I'm having the blue death of screen after exiting FC24, how do I fix this problem, as I can see I'm not the only one with this problem. Please do something about this right away as I put many hours on it and so did the other people. I'm hoping we don't see this problem in the future and that it will be fix!!!
