I swear to god, I paid 90 pound for this game to have 2 seconds of input delay and run at 30 fps. Fifa 23 and other games run COMPLETELY fine on my pc. I never experience them go under 150 fps, but ea fc is completely *.
I beg someone has a fix or i’m forced to refund.
I had this issue when I first booted up the game. On my end it was extremely choppy and I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I literally unbolted everything, cleaned it and bolted it back together. I am a Sys Admin so it takes me maybe an hour to do all of this. Booted the game back up and it was the same exact thing so I knew instantly it wasn't me. Turned out, their graphical settings auto capped everything to 30fps and reduced cutscene fps. Changed everything around and now I have 0 issues, well except their server crap that has been an issue even before EA became EA. I would check your settings to see if they are being capped as well. I run a Radeon 7900XT.

It takes a bit of tweaking between GPU settings and the FIFA settings mine was terrible at first, now it’s amazing much better than console by far
Mine was the same, did a bit of tweaking in the games settings and it works fine. Although I have experienced issues with the controller, game being unable to pause sometimes, unable to make substitutions sometimes and also some players randomley becoming invisible
I've been trying to fix this for the first 20 minutes. Very close to refunding this. I have 5700 XT with 16 gb ram. Ryzen 3700xt processor. I run every game at 144hz.
I changed the in-game settings to uncap but the game is still running between 30 to 40 FPS. Not sure what's capping this.
Try ingame window borderless if your not already. Supposedly that uncaps the framerate ingame.
I think everyone have tried all three modes (window, window borderless and fullscreen). Borderless helped me in Fifa 23 and many versions before, but not in FC24 anymore ☹️

It can be no solution to lower from ultra to high on a RTX 4090! I buy so a expense graphic card not to play in lower details. And the Engine brings constant 120 FPS in 4K in Ultra for me. The "stutter" are no fps drops, it looks like a loading problem. Seems this game was maybe optimized for 7000MB NVME from PS5/Series S/X, but never optimized for pc hardware. I have the game installed on a 7000MB WD Black 850X, but maybe the pc version don't check this on some pc configurations...
man, how, i changed everything like 20 times and it still works like *, after this patch it works awful, i also run 7900xt with i911900k and im very dissapointed, help me please - if i set game on 30 fps i still have lags cause of 144hz monitor.. need help...
