Try ingame window borderless if your not already. Supposedly that uncaps the framerate ingame.

Also want to note that when I did get a stutter I had a browser window open on my 2nd monitor, not sure if that has anything to do with it. But I minimized it just in case lol. We'll see tonight if the game is playable.
