I have the same problem, some of my friends aswell

I thought that it is not compatible with my laptop, but I checked more than once, and it is compatible.

I have this problem also . I have 3060ti and i5-12400

1. But my game is like 30 fps in all game mods and have lagging in cut scenes 

I just want to play; I can't play a full game what should I do?

Hello bro do u fixed the issue i have the same problem now i did everything changing amp settings changing fc 24 setting but i couldn't fix the problem
