Hopefully someone here (or if EA feel like doing their jobs) can get something from this. Below link is a recording from an offline kick off match, it's the opening sequence with the cinematics which seem to suffer the most with the stuttering.

I noticed that when I press the Windows key and the game goes out of focus, EAFC no longer plays audio and the stutters seem to stop almost entirely. As soon as I press the Windows key and the game is in focus again, the stutters kick back in along with the audio and the irritating clipping/stutters. In the recording you can't see my start menu open but the longer moments where there is no sound is when the start menu is open and the game is out of focus, the difference is pretty crazy. The parts where the sound is dropping out constantly is just part of the stutter problem I have.

For me, I have these stutters constantly through any cutscene and also at freekicks, corners etc. During normal gameplay (offline and online) the stutters happen every second or so and cause missed inputs or longer inputs than intended such as more power on a shot than I wanted to apply.

My PC specs are:

Ryzen 7950X3D

RTX 4090

32GB DDR5 6600MHz

Windows 11

Game is on a Samsung NVMe SSD.

Given my specs, I really don't think the stutters are hardware related - my PC doesn't struggle in any other game and don't see a valid reason that EAFC should cause issues outside of bugs or terrible optimisation.

@31AFTRMTH Can you use the controller if you press the windows key? It's sad as * but it might be a useful workaround for the time being

Game is getting worse and worse .
Vsync (fast or adaptive) will cause input delay, Vsync off will cause stutters, no matter what drivers, settings, workarounds, or editing the ini, it doesn't work. Settings don't save, game is slow, anti-cheat is garbage, community managers here were probably told that the game is problematic and wouldn't have anything useful to add. Ea removed crossplay, trickster plus.
The super sad thing, pre the first patch, the game was actually playable. After update 1, it broke it since.
I repeat, there is nothing - that fixes the game as of now even with the best GPU on the market.

@31AFTRMTH Hi, I don't know if this can help us, but I downloaded Rivatuner Statistics Server and I set fps to 60 and I have tried to play with this app. I set only rendering quality to medium and all other ultra and I don't have stuttering in cutscenes. I don't try to set also rendering quality to ultra, now I'm not sure if the stuttering is dissapered for rivatuner or medium rendering quality but I don't see stuttering now. You can try it and tell me if it help you

The problem is also with playstation 5, it s not a pc problem
