Yes? A fix for the penalty marker as it wasn’t appearing 

It looks like the system becomes very unstable when the game loads quickly, for example when you do not exit the game and just start playing something else (XBOX here). When it loads like this, sometimes some of the buttons on my controller don't work. I can't call for a break or the penalty power bar isn't working. 

When I reload the game properly, with all the Press A screens, it works fine.

Yeah what’s the fix? I’ve re downloaded my game and still it hasn’t fixed

If this is the actually solution that is just sad lol. EA really needs to fix this. Look at the people it's affecting. 

to add to this: the one time I got it working for champions is when I played a squad battles game right before. Although I have not been able to replicate that success
