Wrong winner after penalties

I won a penalty shootout in the first round of the Spanish Cup with Barcelona against Real Betis. Nonetheless Betis progressed and my team is out of the cup. Maybe the glitch happened because both teams scored on all their chances after 11 shots and we had to start over with the same players! In the results it says I lost 14-4 after penalties! Me too, on PS5!Won 12-11 in a penalty shootout. All attempts went in, until the first shooter from the hosts made his second attempt in the shootout and missed it. My first shooter scored his, so 12-11 it was.But the hosts progressed to the final with an 11-8 win apparently. And it was a derby!

@gomez6009 I had the same issue. Never seen this before. As I finished the game I went to see my calendar to see when the Euro finals would happen, and saw nothing. Surprise, apparently I didn’t win according to them after a huge set of penalties that stretched for another round. How can these bugs occurs, is it because pf it going to the second round?

Anyway, would love to see this issue fixed

I had the same problem. Won 10-9 on pens after missing the crucial pen 3 times but scored on the 4th time. Won the conference league against Ajax as Luton Town (4 season career mode) and it says I lost 9-7 on penalties. Absolute joke of a glitch for a game that costs £60+
