also have the same problem and have no id what to do

i did this and it worked

right click on fc24 icon from desktop - properties - security - group or user names make sure that all the files from there have full control of your pc. ( allow all) after that i can play. Hope this works, if it works, please send this message to all

@AlexDavai  did not work, another thing that i see is that there is no FC24 folder in my document.

@LipzemI was facing the same issue. Additionally, I observed that for me there was not FC 24 folder in " My document". I deleted the document folder and ran the game. it created a new document folder with FC24 in it and i am able to save settings now. Note: please take backup for all other games.

@saurabhpirta Did you reinstall the game after deleting the documents folder?

@saurabhpirtai had the same problem , no FC24 folder and after i did that, the folder appeard. from what i said, make sure that all the paths have permission (allow all) ,

These is the full details of what I did

1. Added all exe files in firewall.
2. Added all exe files in Security. 
3. Ensured FC 24 app has all access ( as mentioned by  @AlexDavai ) . 
4. Deleted "Document" folder.  Document folder is the one where your game settings and progress are saved aka "My Document" in older window versions. 

Note:

1. for first 2 steps refer this video : Fix EA FC 24 Error Unable to Save Personal Settings 1 Retry, Cancel or Continue Without Saving On PC - YouTube.

2. All though i was still facing issue after first 3 steps, step 4 worked for me.

3. Also ensure to run EA app and FC24 as administrator.

I don't have any FC24 file, only EA SPORT FC24 which is located in the EA Games file

FIFA 22, FIFA 23, and now FC 24. I still cant enter any of that FIFA version because of the same problem. Tried many solutions from the youtube and still not working
