Re: Pro Clubs Play Off Games Not Counting

Me and my club have played 3 matches, 2 play offs and 1 league match. At the end of each game (after final whistle so we see the stats and everything) the game kicks us out of clubs into the main menu. We then load back in and none of the matches counted. However, if you go into the Callander in the bottom left the games are there but just not actually counted in the season info saying there is still 13 games remaining in the play offs.

    @OscarBriggss Yep. Seems to happen to everyone but they don't care. I put in a help request and kept getting the same bs about checking my internet connection.

    Just come from behind to win in added time and it didn't count. Feels like what's the point.

    Same situation here , kicks after every single match doesnt count it as a win or lose

    Same exact problem. After every win, cannot connect to EA server. Shows updated record on calendar but does not give points towards promotion.

    Same thing has been happening to my club we have played 8 games and everytime we win a game we get sent back to the menu

    And when we load back in our stats still say 

    zero
