Hi! Thanks for your reply. I already did that as well. Unfortunately, I'm getting the same error.

Thanks for trying. As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if that works or not.
I did that as well. Same error.
I already cleared cache and re-created the console's database at security mode, but that didn't fix it too.

Try deleting the personal saved data for FC 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate FC 24 and delete the saved data.
Also, are you wired to a router that is not also your modem? Most ISPs these days supply a combo modem/router, but if you have a separate router, try plugging straight into the modem instead as a test.
- deleted local data, same error
- tried to use my modem directly, but PS5 couldn't connect to it. I could try to use PPPoe creds, but ISP won't reveal them to me.
so I'm stuck...

Have you tried using a different PSN ID? That would help narrow this down to an account issue if that works.
I haven't - how can I create a new PSN id?

You can do that here.
Hi! Don't know why, but it started working again yesterday.
Anyway, thanks for your help.
