It counts down the days from when each recovery is used.

Thats not how its worded on the app tho which caused me to lose multiple 88s now.

it says "Your Quota will reset every 31 days, counting from the first time you used the recovery tool" so its supposed to reset all 5, 31 days after you recover the first one.

Apologies for the late response. I understand the wording is confusing, but the way I explained it is how it works.

I can see its how its working currently but ita not how it was before and its not how its displayed in the text. This false description of how it works is causing people lose content they worked hard for and in this case I cant see how an answer such as:” we told you otherwise but we changed it, didn’t let you know and its how it works now” acceptable. 
just keep in mind if someone loses four 88+ rated players to this misdirection, the monetary value of a pack thats 4x88+ would be easily at least a couple hundred dollars. Its not a simple mistake. 

Was there ever an answer to this question? What does that timer mean then?

Yes, I saw that answer. But, Does that mean that it counts down till the next available recovery? And then when are the other recoveries due back. We have to keep our own trackers in our own notes? Mark them on our calendar?

 I think I understand the process. But it seems like there should be 5 different ccountdowns.why can't EA give more explicit answers on this?

When a recovery expires, it can then be used to recover a player again.

But there are 5 recoveries. How do we know when the rest come back?

How does EA not understand this question?

You'll have to keep track of each recovery and when it expires. Once a recovery expires, it can be used again.
