Re: Restrictive matchmaking in seasons mode is not working
Same here, i play with a club of 3 star level, and they match me with 5 star level, 4 star level, but never 3 star level. My setting are set on restrictive.

I’m having this issue as well. No matter what team I play with, I match with a 5 star team even though I have the restrictive setting on. Fix this, [edited]

just what is going on??? update 4 was released today and this same sickening problem is still around. i installed the update file and picked Salernitana, 3.5 star teams. I got Real Madrid 5 times in a row. Come on! it has been one bloody month! how long more are we supposed to wait for basic changes ro be made? Why should we only get the same stupid 5 star teams again and again and again and again no matter who we pick?? This game is an absolute joke, ran by the most incapable joke of a company: EA. They have one job: creating a game that doesn’t absolutely suck, especially given that they charge a ridiculous amount of money, and even that they can’t do. It’s been almost 2 months and nothing has happened to address this bug. Disgraceful.

is it faster to ban all of us complaining on this thread, or is it faster to actually TURN ON the matchmaking filters? - @dazzlecloudy Ea pls fix this simple issue. I wanna play when i choise manual option on season mode that opponent has assisted. This is so boring pls understand us. You never did previous series whats going on you ?
When i set online season mode manual filter after that i should play against manual opponents as before all your series. REMEMBER THAT PLS - @Gkn369 problem is still there. tried this morning on both ps4 and ps5. zero filters applied. a fix that should take 5 seconds by just turning on the filters is taking months to fix. infuriating

On the season mode screen there are 4 options for play,
Selection 1-
play style (manual,semi-assist-assist) NOT WORK
Selection 2--
Quaility of teams( 1 star 4 star 5 star etc..) NOT WORK
Selection 3-
(National team,club team for opponents) IT WORKS
Selection 4-
(Single opponents or more.) IT WORKS
Why 2 options not work although other 2 options work? That mean something you just simple touch to recover this simple issue. This is not complicated - @Gkn369 dude, you have summarised it so well.
@EA_Pulsar, the ball is in your court. we already did the work and investigation for EA. further inaction is simply unjustifiable and unacceptable - @EA_Pulsar seriously? how long does the team need to solve this issue? it is so unethical that such a simple thing till now isnt solved. there is no accountability at all and gamers are just shut off and banned for calling you out. you should be ashamed

Yeah... Wait for EA FC 25, pay for it and hope it will have basic filters working.

- @Losoun guys, guess what. i spoke to a EA rep on EA Help about this issue and they mentioned that this issue is new to them. hahahahahahaha. the extent to which this company will lie and engage in deceit is really next level unreal
- @Losoun hahahaha i got banned for saying bad things about EA. and after i am back from the ban, the issue still isn’t fixed hahahaha. hilarious company. every day the list of bugs in the bugs forum grows. guys have you ever seen a game as badly designed as this???
