Tuesday 13/12/2023 after update to dynastic daily update 

I received level 15 prizes 20 × 83,then it glitched and complete the season 

I have a problem in Season Progress. I have reached the sixth level, but now it appears to me that I have achieved the sixth level, and it appears that I have obtained all the packages, and  I have not completed it yet, what is the solution?
