it's a shadow/softban. if you are finishing too many games in a given time. i think its like 15 games in an hour or so (e.g. golden goal with a friend to boost the 100k pack for 400 goals) you are getting soft banned but they are not telling you. i had the same problem and after like 24 hours when i tried again (after reading what i wrote above somewhere here in a fifa 22 thread) i was able to play again or more like it counted as a win again.
