Re: This FUT Account Has Not yet earned access to the Fut Transfer Market on the Web

Hi,

I logged in this evening to start my EA FC 24 journey. However, when I try to access the transfer market, it says: The Football Ultimate Team account has not yet earned access to the Ultimate Team Transfer Market on the Web or Companion app. 

I find this weird, because I've been a FUT player for many years, logged in in Fifa 23 and played this too for many months and even recently (2 days ago), never been involved in buying codes/cheating or anything. All of my friends don't experience this problem. To my understanding, I comply with the rules so I'm quite confused why I get this.

Does anybody else experience the same issue?

    supposedly if you dont have play time enabled from fifa 23, ea sports fc 24 doesnt know you played previous titles.

    You might be right. So I’ve enabled it , I’m going to try it

    I have already bought the EA SPORTS FC 24 Ultimate Edition with early access and I don’t have Transfer Market in the EA SPORTS FC 24Companion App. All my friends that have already bought the game, have Transfer Market in both devices. I only have Transfer Market in-game.

    I also can not access the transfer market, even though i play everyday and use the app everyday since it came out.

    any solutions?

    Same here! Been playing since 2011, can't seem to gain access on the web app or mobile app - can only use the transfer market in game.

    This is so bizarre, i've been playing Ultimate Team this year solidly since it was released on Friday. I've done literally all the objectives and a bunch of SBC's, played all Div Rivals game, Moments & Squad Battles.

    Confused to say the least!
