    I already sent email twice but theres no response. 

    please help me out.

    @arman05566,

    If it's busy, it can take a few days for them to get back to you. You should get an email from them when they're done with their investigation.
  • Hello I have also been transfer market banned when I have not done anything wrong? I have emailed and spoke to chat advisor and they have submitted my case again but I was told to write on here as there are people higher up on here?

    I would like to get this sorted ASAP and some clarity on the situation and as to why I have been wrongly banned…

    Hey @jesserussellDG,

    I'm not sure why you were directed here to AHQ, since we're not able to look into bans at all here. But if your case has been escalated to our terms of service team already, then all you can do is wait for them to get bacck to you. You should get an email when they're done with their investigation.
