ive logged into the web app for ea fc 24 and FIFA 23 and the transfer market still remains the same, does it take a couple days to change or do i need to purchase the game and log in on my PlayStation before gaining access, I will also improve upon my behaviour

it says "This football ultimate team account has not yet earned access to the ultimate team transfer market on the web or companion app" 

so i need to play the new game before gaining access to the market?

ive got this exact same message popping up on the web app. except im not transfer banned, i never have been, my ban history says I never was banned. Yet I get the same message. How do i fix this?

yes you need to play games on EAFC24 to earn access 

I still haven't gained access despite playing 11 games 

Such a trash company and employees can't even give proper solution for simple issues useless morons
