I solved the problem. You have to fix your router settings. First enter the interface of router (192.168.1.1)
Then
Put google dns 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
disable function in IGMP snooping router.
open a port and set xbox ip with that port, enable DMZ server on router settings.
disable all ALG functions under the Nat menu
disable IPv4 SPI Firewall
Enable UPNP
It worked for me, i hope it can help you to.
I fixed it by removing Trailblazer loan cards from my squad. They are bugged.
I can't ;log and delate them
