hey, have they been able to fix anything, I'm with att as well
They couldn't find the issue. They were trying to port forward ea FC, but they need the ports and the base port. Which we couldn't find online. They said we just have to wait until they resolve the issue.

I am experiencing the same issue and been trying to fix it several ways. ATT Xbox series X. Glad I found this thread so now I know it's a general issue
I just spoke to someone at EA Chat and this is what they said. "I have checked from the team and I would like too inform you that don't need to worry as this is emerging issue and the team is aware so this might will be fixed ASAP and you will be able to play the game again"
This thread saved me from thinking i was going crazy
