Temporarily remove any other devices from your console (external hard drives, bluetooth headsets, etc.)

Set Manual DNS.
Go to the internet settings -> network -> set up internet connection -> Wifi/LAN (depending which you are using) -> Select custom -> choose your network (wifi) -> Leave IP Address Settings as automatic -> DHCP leave as do not specify -> DNS Settings choose manual -> and fill in primary 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as secondary -> MTU leave as automatic -> Proxy Server leave as do not use -> Test connection.

Tried everything you said, but still unable to connect

Same thing for me! It’s not working! What’s the point in spending all this money for the game and can’t play it 

the same problem.
can't play Ultimate team, and can't play tournaments 

I can't connect es servers

Can anyone please resolve this. ??
