If u are dont have previus version of this game (FIFA 23) or preorder eafc 24 u cant use web app

I preordered for PS5 too and can't login, my account was on pc in 2023 could it be about that, i linked the acoounts though.

I have same issue, but im trying to login to my xbox account but it keeps logging to my playstation account idk how to fix it.
I have played fifa 23. I have two accounts one is my own(child) and my parents so I'm not sure why it won't let me in on my parents email. If I try my own account I wonder if it won't let me bc I'm have a child's account

Hey All,
Wanted to reach out on logging into the Web App and Companion App. If you are having an issue logging in and gaining access and it says you do not have access, that is working as intended. That means you have not gained access to it yet and must keep playing. We do not have the ability to change that for players.
If you are getting a login error of any kind that is not related to being given access, please provide the following info below so we can have that looked into.- Platform:
- Which console generation do you have?
- What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?
- Date/time issue occurred
- What type of issue do you have?
- Summarize your bug
- What happens when the bug occurs?
- Do you receive an error that says "You do not have access?"
Hi, I can't log in into the webapp / app. Msg says unable to login we having issues with the login services etc. Screenshot uploaded
I had fifa 23 for one day (July 1st) I thought maybe that's why, but I don't know.
Still didn't activated ea fc 24 bc I bought a digital code so I need to wait for the 29th.
Any solutions?
Same, been trying to login to web app or companion or just play a rivals, moments or any type of match for 2 days in a row which is ridiculous because my friend have been able to play with the game on any platform without any issue during my rollercoster of pain.... all what i could do during this 2 whole day is to after like 20 minutes of suffering play 1 friendly match with my friend with a full bronze team cuz the game dropped me out even if I tried to modify any of my team members... this is an absolute joke which I even payed money for while i didnt have any laugh...........
It doesn't let me use the transfer market on my web app i have 2 accounts linked so maybe thats the problem but when i try to unlink my steam because i use the psn account it shows me this error and i cant find a way to comunicate with ea
I already played on console PS4 and played like 10 games among 2 days.
it says login unavailable on the companion app
I'm on pc, the error saying that there is an issue with login services , nothing about not having an access

I've played FUT in FIFA22 and FIFA23 without issue. Had full access, never had to wait for market access etc. Never been banned, never had multiple accounts.
Have EAFC Ultimate edition - go to fire up the Web app and says my club doesn't exist. Load on console.
Wait until the Friday - create my club and and finally into the apps...or so I thought.
It's been 4.5 days of playing for me now - multiple games daily, multiple times on the apps etc and yet still no transfer market access. Everything I've done is on console.
I understand that 'staff cannot give you access' but this is a bit ridiculous now. It's ruining my experience having to remote access my PS5 every time I want to trade.
Surely there's some fix here or checks to tell me what more I can do?! Absolutely no need for it given my history.

Same as me. I've been playing FIFA since 14 and this year is first when I need to gain access to WebApp transfer market.
In my opinion there is a bug in their system, it is not normal to play for more than 5 days every day and many people are still blocked, i hope they will fix this bug very soon
- @bigcapelaurence totalmente de acuerdo, somos muchos con este problema, con todo esto, lo que se nota es que EA se pasa nuestros comentarios por el forro. jugadores que llevamos años con ellos, y nos tratan así, y un reciente jugador, con todo abierto para su disfrute, es irreal esto que está pasando.
same for me been playing since fifa 14 i can not do anything on the web app sell or buy hopefully there fix this soon
- @mJk_47 I've got a sense it'll be miraculously fixed on full release.
However I don't buy for one second that they can't permit access behind the scenes. No company would build a system which has zero human input in case of an issue. - @bigcapelaurence Yep. Same for me. This happened to me a couple of year ago too and it took just over 2 weeks. It’s killing me not being able to trade.

Sometimes the message changes to the 'Your account has been blocked from using the Transfer Market', but if I refresh the page then I get the other one. There is no record in my ban history. It must be a bug.
