I can’t get the verification code either way as the email account it’s sending them to us not mine and I can’t change it due to need to verify this one first. Anyway you could help with that please.

Hi, so it’s been a whole day and a half that i haven’t been able to access my main account web app. And now i cannot get into the actual game. My email is with outlook.com and i’ve tried to send the verification code so many times but it just doesn’t come through. So I wanted to change the email that I use but guess what, I can’t access EA live chat or a phone number that I can call due to not being able to select a console platform. I have a second account that works as it uses my main email but that account didn’t even get gifted the 4600 fifa points. I even saw some people get gifted the fifa points twice. I really feel like I’m being scammed. I just need a normal person at EA to speak or talk to figure something out.

I’ve been waiting over an hour for my verification email should it take this long?

they must be having big issues because same account in Fifa 23 is not asking me a verification code to play but if you try to play FC 24 I never receive this verification code, what a mess!!!

Email on my EA account is not mine, I sign in with my PS account, then there's someone else's email that I need to verify???? Cant even get FUT as I don't own that email. No reply from anywhere, bought this for my son as a gift so hed have early access to play with me and its a joke, cant play a game that we paid €100 to play???, pretty concerning that its so easy and common for EA accounts to be hacked?
