Redeem code

Hello, I used a redeem code for FC24 Points. The code has been validated but I haven't received any confirmation email or points in the game. What can be done in this situation? Thanks, Marius.

It was bought from an online store, The problem is that it was validated, but the EA system does not confirm it or I don't know 🙂)))
