Even if you restrict the matchmaking settings in online seasons mode, a 3.5-star team matches a 5-star team. I buy the game every year just to play seasons. There has been this problem since Next Gen came out, but they don't bother to solve it. Hundreds of thousands of people buy the game and play this mode. Why don't you solve such a simple problem?I quit the game ten times because of this problem. a complete waste of time.
It's the individuals skill levels that should be used in the matchmaking. I've been beaten off clubs with a lower star rating. I just think there needs to be consistency. For example; yesterday I played against PSG and I won comfortably, absolutely hammered them, then the following game against someone else using PSG I got absolutely hammered, the third time I played against another person who was using PSG it was a close game, although I lost, it was a close game. So the last player I played against was more my skill level than the other two and it was more fun to play.
oh my goodness. same here. ps4 and ps5 this time round both have this problem. even when matchmaking is set to restrictive. what the hell is going on??
Seasons does need a little more love from the development team.
It's the only mode I buy the game for and you know it needs some more TLC.
I think a little bit of time spent on the mode where authentic clubs and teams are should be possible. Like mentioned, a lot of people only but the game to play Seasons.
Same here, i play with a club of 3 star level, and they match me with 5 star level, 4 star level, but never 3 star level. My setting are set on restrictive.

This game is an absolute joke, ran by the most incapable joke of a company: EA. They have one job: creating a game that doesn’t absolutely suck, especially given that they charge a ridiculous amount of money, and even that they can’t do. It’s been almost 2 months and nothing has happened to address this bug. Disgraceful.
