Restrictive matchmaking in seasons mode is not working

I've also raised a post on this issue.

I'm playing as Crystal Palace - 4* team. Today I've had Real Madrid and Man City as my opponents. This was an issue in 22, largely fixed in 23 and now back in 24.

It must be such a simple fix - if restrictive is on, just allow half a star up and down, rather than 1* which I'm assuming it is set at?

Unfortunately, I'd imagine that so many people play with 5* teams that this just isn't seen as an issue big enough to fix. It saps the fun out of it though.

@EA_LeonSK this matchmaking issue is a serious serious issue too since the first day that it was released!!! are there any plans to fix this??

    I wonder when they plan to solve this problem? The same problem occurs in this mode every year. I feel sorry for myself for paying money for this game.

      Any danger of this getting fixed ? If i wanted to play 5 star teams every match I would choose a 5 star team . So so boring !!! What's the point of having all the other teams ?

      Get it sorted EA !!

        @Borroka @EA_Pulsar more complaints about this issue and still no fix from EA yet. we are getting very tired of waiting.
