In FIFA 21, there weren't any issues with matchmaking, even without setting restrictions. Usually, it matched teams at a similar level, maybe half a star difference at most. Besides, differences in player physicality could be neutralized with good gameplay. But now, even if you're playing well, the opponent just needs someone fast/strong, and no matter what you do, your players move so slow that you end up losing. That's what's so frustrating. Ever since FIFA 22, the overall matchmaking got messed up. Restrictions used to work, but now they don't at all. It feels like the sale of an incomplete product. Where can I ask for a refund from EA?
In my opinion, the scale of the issue is massive, but not everyone knows English, nor can everyone find the right thread online about this matter. Some people just get frustrated and try to find anyone at the same level to play with, unaware that there are thousands of others facing the same problem.
