Restrictive matchmaking in seasons mode is not working

@Losoun now another EA rep from the Help page told me this rubbish:

Thank you for contacting EA help. My name is Piyush and I would assist you with your EA account issue today.

I have reviewed your email and you are here for Restrictive Matchmaking. You do not need to worry, I'll surely do my best to help you with it.

I have checked the issue in the account with the team and team have told me that there is a bug in the account due to which the issue is occurring, but there is no need to worry as we have a special team who handles such type of bugs. So now what I am doing is sending the case to the team to fix the bug and solve the issue.
I have sent the details of your account to the team. Now team will look into the issue and fix the issue which comes from our end.
Meanwhile I will request you to wait for the time being.

this guy said it is an account issue hahahaha. like as if i am the only one facing this issue

Please, Dev-Team, simply enable the filter for:

- RESTRICTIVE MATCHMAKING

- PLAY STYLE (manual, semi-assist, assist)

At the moment these two settings are not working.

    @Jobay1Kanobe I playing manual but opponents unfournetly mathed as like you assisted. I play only manual matches. I dont play against asisted.
