Reward not appeared

Spend ages getting to level 10 on an objective to get this promised Harry Kewell card then it doesn't appear in my club.  What can I do?

I log into the app on my phone and suddenly I see that 200,000 have disappeared and a whole lot more cards that I didn't get to use

    My 200k coins disappeared and i think few of my cards too and i cant get them back
