Same Username Different Console issue Clubs

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug occurs when people with the same username from 2 different consoles play together on clubs. The weird part about it is that we have different EA account usernames but ea fc 24 still shows our console usernames.
What happens when the bug occurs? Menus work, everything works till you play a match, Once you load into a match only 1 player will be in the game. Meaning, If my brothers play all on different consoles Pc,XBOX,PS5 we all Have the same username (Connoroni) When we load into a clubs game, drop in, or league match we get only one of our created players in the game, but its random each time and the worst part about it is that whoever's character loads in the others are playing that character, Some games we play 2 of our players will load in but then they are AI so we play as our clubs randomly generated characters. Me and my brother have the same username (XBOX and PS5) and my other brother plays on PC with his own username and even his character will still be random. We also were playing on the same ethernet/Wi-Fi when playing these games so that could means something, but when my brothers play without me IE: only one "connoroni" they both load in as there own characters no issue even on the same WI-FI. The issue has to be the same name different console messing with the code. Another issue coming from the same username is that sometimes (1 in 5 games) 2 of the 3 guys playing will get locked out (watching the game like we got a red card) and our myplayers we made will be playing as AI and the one player playing will be still playing as a random generated player. Weird part is our characters are on the bench when we play but cant sub them on to even have a little work around this issue.
What should be happening instead? All 3 of us should be playing as our own myplayers and not as random characters from our club.
Really want this to be fixed, We just wanna play clubs us 3 but we would have to pay to change our usernames for this to work, but we already paid to play EA FC so we are a bit mad about this being an issue.
