Seeking Resolution: FIFA SBC Challenge for Alexander Isak

I initiated an SBC challenge centered around acquiring Alexander Isak. Although I successfully completed the initial challenge, I encountered a setback with the second one due to a FIFA issue. The Ultimate Team platform was inaccessible for several days until the recent update this week. Consequently, I missed out on completing the SBC and ended up squandering my players on an incomplete task that yielded no reward.

I promptly reached out to customer support regarding this matter last Saturday and am currently awaiting compensation. My preferred resolution would be either the reinstatement of the players I traded or the fulfillment of the Alexander Isak SBC. Could you please assist with this issue?

    Hello @ahmadomarcharif ,

    Unfortunately, no compensation is planned for this issue. Ultimate team wasn't inaccessible for more than just a few hours at max even during maintenance.

    Additionally, the companion app could have been used as a workaround if you had trouble accessing Ultimate team. As per this article, we have no way of recovering submitted players.

    Unfortunately, no compensation is planned for this issue. Ultimate team wasn't inaccessible for more than just a few hours at max even during maintenance.

    Additionally, the companion app could have been used as a workaround if you had trouble accessing Ultimate team. As per this article, we have no way of recovering submitted players.

    I'm unable to use the app because I haven't unlocked the trading ability yet. I reached out to your support team to request unlocking it for me. However, it's been more than a week, and despite being in contact with your support for several days, the issue persists. They mentioned compensation and assured me they'd address the unlocking of trading. Why is there a discrepancy between what your support team says and what is actually being done?

    My UT wasn't working for several days to be clear. I was in contact with your support every day.
