@khidow009 Had this issue too man. I downloaded the commentary package from the add-ons. However, you need to also go into the settings from the main menu, and when you find the language you want, you also need to download from there - press Square on PlayStation - it looked to me like it almost finalised the original download. Restarted game, now I have the authentic Valladolid experience.
