Sprint speed sliders bug

I’ve recently bought the new fifa for my ps4, and i’ve run into a bug which ruins gameplay for me. one match i put the cpu sprint speed slider down to 0 because I was frustrated and wanted to win, now it feels like i’ve received bad karma for that. every time i join a new game in this career it automatically sets sprint speed to 0 no matter what i do, and no matter how many times i try to reset the sliders to default it just resets back to 0 in the game and won’t change. i’ve tried resetting my ps4 and eafc24 app, and nothing has changed. I’ve even tried saving my career into a new save file, and no change. How do i fix this? i want to be able to play games with AI that can actually run!!
