Having exactly the same issue on PS4 and has happened on two separate occasions tonight.

Not convinced posting here will do any good as it's clear EA don't care and I don't have any faith that they'll do anything to fix this.

Pretty much done with FIFA/FC as a franchise after this, certainly won't be back for FC25.
