Squad Battles team preview shows only one player

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Steam-PC

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Squad Battles
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 02/13/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 05:00 PM
What is your time zone? AGT (BET) - GMT - 3:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to preview the featured squads or any other squad, It will appear only one player (the fowards) instead of the rest of the team
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't check out the squad battles teams before any match
What should be happening instead? It should be showing the teams instead

The thing is fairly simple: this is what happens when you try to preview a team before a squad battles match

Furthermore, I should add that the menus randomly slow down the computer and drop the frames to 2 fps. and the cpu usage to 100%

    Having the Exact same problem But on   PS5   not PC

    But everything else is the same

    - Happens Every time

    - Its when you Preview a Squad in Squad Battles

    - Saw the Bug First time yesterday 13 feb 2024

    - Im Time Zone , Sydney NSW (GMT+11)

     the rest is exactly the sameas OP

    I have the same problem on Xbox. Please fix immediately. This is unacceptable.

    Is anyone else having a problem with viewing squads on squad battles and friends ?

    it will only ever show me 1 player stuck in middle of screen and then the bench nothing else ??

    When I press 🔼 on PS5 to view opponents squad in Squad Battles, it only shows 1 player (usually the striker) in GK position. Anyone else have this issue and if so how to fix please as, it's really annoying. Cheers.
