It appears that EA has done something server side that has resolved this issue. It also appears to have fixed the issue on previous Fifas.

Any update on this at all? Getting a bit p*ssed off that i've paid for early access/ultimate edition and can't play Clubs or Volta with the lads which was the main reason I bought the game.
Seems like wasted money now ☹️
Unfortunately no update yet. I've been on with support yet again on the odd chance there's an update or even proper acknowledgement of the issue. Just got the same response as everyone else saying the team are aware amd are working to resolve it as soon as possible and to keep an eye on forums and their twitter for updates. But as @DangerDays11 said the other day there's nothing on the bug tracker so no I doubt they're actually trying to fix it as their main mode Ultimate Team works fine.
Ultimate Team doesn't really work either though, I've got a bought player stuck in my transfer targets I can't claim or resell so have lost out on the coins used to buy him and i've also got notification indicators for the store due to a missing pack that I can't get rid of either.
Really annoying me now that i've forked out the money for this and can't play 2 out of 3 of my favourite game modes and then the one the does work also has issues.
It's funny really no matter how long we stay on support they all say this is the first they have heard it. Because its not ultimate team they don't give a f*** even career mode gets more love than pro clubs and volta. All I use Volta for is customization for my pro and can't even do that since mid year on 23 it's honestly a joke.
Still keeping optimistic but I think everyone on this thread is as well but until its on the tracker like you said it won't get fixed
Just received a response from EA Support saying the following:
“I am really sorry for the inconvenience you have had due to this issue. It is a common known issue at the moment being faced by multiple players. We have received similar kind of reports from other players as well. These reports are already being investigated by our dedicated Team. It has been already reported and escalated to the concerned department.”
Hopefully we will get an official response from a community manager soon!
How is this still an issue - was in FIFA 22 + 23 and they still haven’t bothered to fix it ffs!!
