Just received a response from EA Support saying the following:
“I am really sorry for the inconvenience you have had due to this issue. It is a common known issue at the moment being faced by multiple players. We have received similar kind of reports from other players as well. These reports are already being investigated by our dedicated Team. It has been already reported and escalated to the concerned department.”
Hopefully we will get an official response from a community manager soon!
How is this still an issue - was in FIFA 22 + 23 and they still haven’t bothered to fix it ffs!!

- Have you ever had a ban from EA?
Not that I’m aware of - have no trouble accessing other modes.
- What troubleshooting you have tried?
deleting, reinstalling, etc
- If you create a new account can you play there?
my partner can access on the same console with no issue.

Dont know if it’s relevant but my partner has game pass, and I don’t (which shouldn’t matter as I can use it through her account with other modes as it’s shared on the console). I’ve also created my pro and can access pro clubs, if I hover over Volta on the menu jt shows my pros name and if I click it, it shows my pro standing there before giving me the server data error.
