Still cant access Volta - Couldnt play in Fifa 23 either

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was unable to access Volta for almost the whole of Fifa 23. And once again I have just loaded up EAFC and Im getting the same error. When I try to access this I get the message: "there was an error accessing server data, please try again". 
What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked back to the main menu
What should be happening instead? I should get into the game mode
