Still cant access Volta - Couldnt play in Fifa 23 either

    It appears that EA has done something server side that has resolved this issue. It also appears to have fixed the issue on previous Fifas.

    Thankyou for finally resolving this EA.

Same issue here. Both in FIFA 23 Xbox One and Series X versions as well as Series X version of FC24. Other accounts on the same console work fine so its clearly an account issue that needs addressing.

@BondOO7xbl Same here! I wonder if they ever fix it. I doubt it.

I opened a case on their help page. The joke is that today I got the following email:

Hello,

We wanted to check and see how things were going after we provided you more information about your recent request.

We’re happy to help if you still need us. You can review and update this issue from the My Cases page.

If the issue has since been resolved, you won’t have to do anything further.
