Just spoke to someone again on chat who's told me I'm the first person to raise this?! I'd already provided the link to this thread, then 5 minutes later he tells me check Answers HQ as other players may be experiencing the same thing?!
He's assured me that the bug has been raised and recorded, but now my case has been closed and says 'no fix' on it. I asked about escalating it twice and got no response, and when I asked how to raise a formal complaint he just told me to raise another case but put formal complaint in the subject so that's what I'll be doing if we don't get any proper feedback soon. If anyone wants to raise this as a formal complaint I guess the best way is to raise a case for a refund and just put 'Formal Complaint' in the subject:

Achievements seem a bit buggy too.
If it wasn't so sad, I would just laugh.

@ramazzottel Gonna check on the tracker tomorrow and if it's still not there I'm going down the formal complaint route so will put any updates in here 👍
