It appears that EA has done something server side that has resolved this issue. It also appears to have fixed the issue on previous Fifas.

@EA_Darko It's been almost a week since you asked for specific information from players but we've had no update since, or even an acknowledgement of the issue and we can't see it being logged on the tracker. I can see that you and @EA_Barry have replied to other threads since, so please can you acknowledge this issue and confirm that it has been raised with the relevant people/team and that it will be logged
To re-confirm, all of the players in this thread are unable to access an entire game mode (Volta) for a game that we have each paid almost £100 for, and this has a knock on effect as we can't obtain cosmetics to use in Clubs. Personally these are the only games modes I play so I find it ridiculous that this hasn't been added to the tracker as it was a problem in FIFA 23 for me (and others seem to have had the problem for longer). To make matters worse a number of us have been on live chat only to be told that we're the first people to raise it, and we've even had emails asking for feedback on our experience since which is a bit of a joke.
@EA_Aljo @EA_rephii @EA_Mako as a last resort I've spent the last 10 minutes going through other posts to see who's been replying on behalf of EA, adding you here in the hope that someone can take accountability for this issue and help us get it resolved.

Yep. Same here, had this problem middle of fifa 23, worked for months then suddenly got the same error message now since then and for FC24 so far, absolutely no chance of getting into the mode. Get the same error message every time, absolutely ridiculous that this is still a thing. I’ve scoured every single forum for a fix, tried everything suggested and nothing works. So for anyone new here, looking for a fix. There isn’t one. EA need to patch this, it’s a bug that has carried over from 23 to FC24… how can you not publicly acknowledge that… disgraceful customer service.
