Still cant access Volta - Couldnt play in Fifa 23 either

@sasassassin A quick overview of this issue:

100% seems to be account related, nothing to do with ISP, network related issues, console preference or if you’ve had a previous ban.

I’ve even tried deleting my saved pro and profile data from FIFA 23, since that is obviously where this bug has emerged from and that had no affect on this issue. In fact, deleting any saved profile data does nothing because as soon as you reload the game it just drags it down from the cloud and EA’s servers anyway….

I do remember this happened to me after I purchased an item from the Volta store. I don’t remember that item but that’s the last thing I remember doing.

It’s definitely on EA’s backend. I’ve tried every single suggested “fix” from EA and absolutely non work as they assume it’s to do with connection issues or a console cache issue, that’s not the case, since everyone here can play other modes without issue online.

If the game had an option to erase your clubs/Volta avatar I’d bet my house that it would work again, something in the creation system for cosmetics has bugged the Volta mode into not being able to load it from EAs backend. That is where they need to start looking for this bug, in fifa 23s Volta store/ cosmetic system.

This need raising with the dev team and adding to the tracker ASAP. It’s literally a whole service of a product we’ve all paid for that we can’t access….
