They’re smoking rock if they think I’m spending more money on the game when the * doesn’t even work now
@EA_Barry @EA_Darko Volta does not work for many gamers. Why EA refuses to acknowledge this? Only nefarious answers are truly coming to mind.
Fellow Volta prisoners,
Maybe instead of keeping it confined to one string in order to collate the feedback, maybe we need to fill up the Clubs and Volta and Technical issues threads with posts en masse.
This is SO frustrating that this has dragged on for nearly a year across two games and ZERO acknowledgement about the issue nor any progress towards a resolution.
I dunno. But between this and the Clubs drop-in connections issues, I'm so disappointed I spent my money on this incomplete non-functional product.
I seriously think someone needs to file a class action suit. Unlike some of the other issues with the game, the fact they have not acknowledged it but clearly have been made aware, makes it ripe for litigation.

@huschk8Admins have been merging threads into this one like they did with mine.
I’ve tried and tried with EA support that I have now reported the game through Xbox Insider Program so hopefully they can pick up on this and do something.Just doesn’t make sense that this thread is on front page yet they’re answering others but not ours.

Yeah the fact none of the community managers are even giving an acknowledgment after so long is very disheartening, we are paying customers with a genuine issue with the product provided. I’m going to run a test tomorrow and just see if I can bypass into Volta by constantly attempting to enter it, I’ll try it 100 times back to back, see if I can get it at least once. At least then I have a fail rate to go on to report back.

@sasassassinto save you time. I’ve already tried this.
However…. I managed to get into volta by launching the game signed in to my partners account as hers works and load into Volta and then signing her account out through the Xbox guide. This will then show a message as lobby expired, then you go through the Xbox guide again sign in with your main account and you will get the following message “The active profile has been signed out. Please sign in to (not main) account in order to resume this session. Otherwise, you will be returned to the title screen.” press “Dismiss” and you will be taken back to main screen. This is when you sign into your main account via the startup. You then load up into the main game load up Volta it will allow you in but some reason you will see other accounts pro which was my partners with no Volta Coins, FC Points or XP.
I haven’t been able to find anything further because as soon as you leave that mode it goes back to the well known issue. I’ve been trying this on my Series X and S to see if that fixes but still no luck.
