STORE - There was a problem communicating

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Xbox Series X
Please specify your platform model. Microsoft Xbox Series X
What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? OZER OZDEMIR596
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Evolutions
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/18/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 21:10
What is your time zone? EAT - GMT + 3:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have 2 different card of evoluted Arda Güler one of them is 83 rated and the other is 77 rated Budding starlet. I used 83 rated Arda Güler in SBC then i go to store to open my pack then it says: "There was a problem communicating...". In companion app i tried to open my pack; Butt i can't

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have 2 different card of evoluted Arda Güler one of them is 83 rated and the other is 77 rated Budding starlet. I used 83 rated Arda Güler in SBC then i go to store to open my pack then it says: "There was a problem communicating...". In companion app i tried to open my pack; Butt i can't. The game says: "Connection Lost"
What happens when the bug occurs? "There was a problem communicating..."
What should be happening instead? I tried to solve this problem in companion app but i can't. The app says same thing; There was a problem while connecting to the servers.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  I need help: I was have budding starlet evolution 77 rated Arda Güler. I complated a sbc then i go to store. The game says; "There was a problem communicating...". Then I opened Ea Companion App. The game says: Unassigned players. I clicked it. Unassigned player is my 77 rated budding starlet evolution Arda Güler. I didnt use this 77 rated evolution Arda Güler for sbc but this player is unassigned. I can't use my 77 rated evolution Arda Güler. I can't sell too. I just want to use my budding starlet evolution 77 rated Arda Güler. Please help me

    @Gkyumeee The bug is still not fixed. Another person that i saw in Answers Hq wrote this: Once the task expires the problem is fixed.

    @Danielillo3306 Yes, I heard, but my only option is to wait. I'm just asking to be sure: Will the problem definitely be fixed after 22 days? I mean; is it possible that the problem still persists after 22 days?

  • @OZER_TR En mi caso en la evolución de estrella en ciernes he mirado que acaba en 22 días, entonces si es como dices y cuando acabe la evolución acaba el problema supongo que a partir de ahí podremos usar el juego de forma normal. Pero esto es sólo una suposición segun lo que tú habias comentando, además he intentado contactar con el servicio técnico de EA Sports y no encuentro la forma
  • My platform is ps5. And this same situation happened with me. It was with bernardo silva card evo now i cant open packs. Please fix this . I dont care if you remove the bernardo. Please let me open packs and play the gamee EA PLEASE FIX THIS 🙏🙏
