Stuttering and lag

I'm on PC and in the past 3 days when playing the game it has been stuttering and unplayable for a few seconds mainly after celebration scenes or replays.

I have updated everything, checked my SSD's, verified game files an nothing seems to help.

Does anyone have any suggestions because the game is completely unplayable.
