Swap position between striker and left winger

I had this problem in a 5-2-3 formation. I fixed it by going into custom squad tactics, going over to formations, found the selected formation. On the bottom left of the screen it should say swap player(Y on X-Box, 🔺 for PS, X for Switch). Then you swap the players that keep switching in games. Hope this works
