Team management error - Ultimate team

Which part of the mode? Squad Battles
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 07/30/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 04:26 PM
What is your time zone? EAT - GMT + 3:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By entering any mode of Ultimate Team, pausing the game and going to the team management
What happens when the bug occurs? I am stuck in this list and can't exit or change any of the tactics or players.
What should be happening instead? I can change players, tactics or even go out normally.

When I pause the game and go to the team management, I change the player but it doesn't work, I can't do anything really even exiting the menu is not possible and I have to wait for 34 seconds, please solve the problem because if a player gets injured I stay stuck in this menu.

Note: This happens in all modes of Ultimate Team.

Hi there, @KSA_707SM

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Thanks for the update. Try creating a new lineup with the same players and use that one instead.

@EA_Aljo I tried all the plans, 4-4-2 , 4-3-3 , 4-5-1 . but they didn't work.

What I'm saying is that you need to create a new lineup with the same players. I don't mean to change the formation. It's possible your squad is bugged and needs to be recreated.

@EA_Aljo Hi, I have the same here and it is annoying to the point that you can’t even do anything with the tactics. The players reach zero energy towards the end and the opponent takes advantage and wins.

Could you please explain the steps of how to delete the current squad and start a new one?

I have tried the following and didn’t help:
- Squad selector > create a new one > delete the previous one. (Didn’t help)
- Plug / unplug router & console. (Didn’t help)

The EA has been contacted and no response yet. This seem a major glitch/ bug and most players have it.

Are you seriously telling us to restart our internet on a bug like this ? sometimes its better to stay quiet then to give a stupid answer.

@KSA_707SM I started my first career on fc 25. Got a good youth academy going, made 5-6 signings played a few games and was enjoying the game. Then this * happened to me as well. 2 hours of grinding down the bin and I have still not found a solution. Makes the game unplayable and that sucks when you have spend a lot of money on it. Anyone found a solution yet?
