The head to head in retro stars first level in retro arcade chapter

I am not able to complete the H2H which has to be played in the first level of retro arcade chapter. When I Play it, I get an opponent who always uses cheats to win. For example, when I play any division rivals outside this chapter, it will work fully perfectly but in this chapter when I play the H2H which after winning will unlock the second level, always has a specific error. Like my game starts acting weird and my goalkeeper is above the half-line even though I am playing on defending. the game starts lagging in this H2H and the opponent always win 2-0 . I have also reported the matches but there is no response from ea. Please reply before the retro stars event ends.
