What is this company its so stupid where is the help i uninstalled the game reinstalled it and still nothing no help at all its been 4 hours what is this LMAO really the worst possible customer service i paid 100$ for early access and 16$ for ea play pro what am i exactly paying for a scam broken game

Same had to try everything for around 6 hours with 6 different people from customer service and had to explain the problem everytime. Still unable to purchase fc points and now my money is just trapped in steam....
